Integrity, intelligence, skillful, honest, with a maverick twist to law is the best way to present Attorney Patrick Mayerbock. Growing up on the Northwest side of Chicago introduced Patrick to a front row seat to an upbringing where hard work truly pays off. Patrick was raised as a devout catholic; his parents spent their last pennies to ensure all their children were able to have a catholic education from elementary school through high school. Once Patrick was old enough, he knew what it was like to work to carry his weight and help out, while also maintaining above a 4.0 GPA.  Patrick prides himself on his upbringing, as it taught him values you cannot learn in a textbook. Throughout his high school and college years, he earned several academic scholarships. He witnessed his parents working hard in blue-collar professions to provide for a family, while also having family and family friends who worked in white collar professions providing him guidance as well. It was his background that allowed him to approach law with the understanding of smaller businesses grinding to make it, as well as the knowledge and confidence to also assist multi-million-dollar businesses in expansion and more.

After graduating from St. Edward Grammar School and St. Patrick High School on Chicago’s Northwest side, Patrick went on to earn his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, where he maintained a full academic scholarship throughout his tenure.  Don’t be mistaken though, this 6 foot 4 inch man loved his all American football as well. He made a difficult decision to end playing football to further his academics. Most would say this was a wise choice for Patrick, as he earned several scholarships to help his journey.

Patrick began his pursuit of his law his degree at The John Marshall Law School in the Fall of 2007 while working at CDW as CDW’s IBM Software Renewal Specialist, including earning the 2008 CDW President’s Award Distinction while attending law school. He continued working throughout his tenure at The John Marshall Law School, earning his Juris Doctor with a Certificate in Trial Advocacy while also achieving four consecutive Dean’s List nominations, The Allen H. Schwartz Scholarship, and Phi Delta Phi induction and membership. Patrick did not waste any time after law school and started his own law practice in Chicago, Illinois in 2012, which has since expanded and grown due to his continued hard work and expertise.

Today, Patrick is known as a nationwide specialist in the moving industry. He is the Founder and Principal Attorney of The Mayerbock Law Firm, providing unparallel legal services to premiere business and clients in Illinois, Wisconsin, and the Northern District of Illinois (allowing him to represent clients nationwide in the federal context). Since 2012, Patrick pushed to start a full-service law firm, so he would become ingrained in many areas of law to provide superlative legal services to clients and businesses. As many clients witnessed his unique and thorough approach to law, they trusted Patrick with much more than their business representation. He is sought after for his various business skills, one-of-a-kind touch to law, business protection, business expansion, and everything in between. When asking Pat’s staff and clients about him, many say they never met anyone like him. Others call him a blessing in the legal profession. He treats someone with a smaller and growing business with the same attention as he treats his very established multi-million-dollar clients. Patrick is happily married to his best friend, who he fell in love with at first sight and is the father of three beautiful and intelligent girls. As a family, they are involved in their religious community and charities. Patrick loves to workout in various capacities such as sparing for mixed martial arts, scenic runs, lifting weights, and more. He enjoys playing catch, basketball, and soccer with the girls. He also makes the time out of his very busy schedule to help the girls with their schoolwork and attend their extracurricular events. When time permits, he loves to read books, especially those centered on history.  As a family, they enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, attending sporting events and music concerts, spending time with family and friends, and exploring in the great outdoors.
