William has extensive trial and appellate experience in commercial litigation, including False Claims, restrictive covenants, shareholder actions, partnership dissolution, construction, antitrust, breach of contract, trade secrets, transportation, and insurance coverage.
He also has a broad range of experience in business matters, including ESOP,
EEOC/employment discrimination, RICO, sales and acquisitions, contracts, human resources, and general business counseling.
His past accomplishments include being General Counsel for S & P Solution as well as running his own firm Law Offices of William P. Suriano from 1994 - 2020.

Attorney Colin
Colin has been a contract attorney of Consilio, LLC, working on multiple litigation and anti-trust projects for larger corporate entities including document review, deposition prep, fact investigation, QC and QA review of other attorneys’ work, and specialized projects as assigned by the managing attorney.
Previous experience includes:

Negotiating and drafting contracts for the sale of real estate and businesses; handling all aspects of estate administrations; meeting with clients to determine their estate planning needs; drafting estate planning documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, family agreements, and advancing healthcare directives.

Drafting complaints and other pleadings for use in litigation; presenting motions; representing clients in pretrial conferences and settlement negotiations.
As an attorney responsible for client intake for Christian Legal Aid, Colin:

Met with low-income clients to address their legal issues through client intake and scheduled appointments.

Worked with clients to resolve a wide range of legal issues and helped them to reach a desirable outcome.
